1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the installation, access, and use of ZtickyWorkz (“Zticky”, “the Application”), a productivity and information management application developed by Dazhboard (“we”, “us”, or “the Developer”).

By installing, accessing, or using ZtickyWorkz, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, the applicable License Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the Application.

2. Application Purpose and Functionality

ZtickyWorkz provides tools designed to assist users in organizing personal and professional activities, managing information, and improving productivity.

Depending on the installed version and license entitlement, available functionality may include:

• Task management, subtasks, dependencies, and notifications.

• Ideas, plans, projects, and scheduling.

• Notes, documents, and Journal management.

• Financial records, budgeting, and productivity calculations.

• File conversion and basic text processing.

• Local WiFi data transfer between compatible devices.

• Personal Google Drive synchronization.

• External information services and web resources.

• Application customization and productivity utilities.

Features may differ between Free and Premium editions.

ZtickyWorkz is intended as an assistance tool. Users remain responsible for reviewing information, calculations, reminders, and outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

3. Free and Premium Usage

ZtickyWorkz may be used in Free mode without purchasing a Premium license.

Free users receive access to the functionality designated as Free within the Application.

Premium features require a legitimately purchased and activated license.

A ZtickyWorkz Premium lifetime license grants continued access to the Premium application under the applicable License Agreement.

The lifetime license is not a subscription and does not require recurring renewal payments.

It includes future updates and major versions of the same ZtickyWorkz application without requiring an additional Premium application license purchase.

Lifetime licensing does not automatically include separately charged third party services, external transactions, or independently offered products.

4. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership and control over the information they create, enter, import, store, or manage through ZtickyWorkz.

This may include notes, tasks, plans, projects, journals, financial records, documents, and other user generated content.

Purchasing or using ZtickyWorkz does not transfer ownership of such content to the Developer.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

ZtickyWorkz does not claim intellectual property rights over independently created user content.

5. Local Storage and Data Management

ZtickyWorkz primarily operates using locally stored application data.

Users retain control over their local information and are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.

Data loss may occur due to hardware failure, operating system changes, accidental deletion, storage corruption, application removal, or unauthorized modification.

Backup, export, restoration, and synchronization features are assistance tools and do not guarantee complete recovery under every circumstance.

Users should maintain independent copies of important information.

6. Journal and Access Protection

The Journal module allows users to create, organize, maintain, and export personal or professional records.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, and legality of information stored in their journals.

Journal Lock provides an application level access restriction intended to prevent unauthorized viewing through the ZtickyWorkz interface.

Journal Lock does not independently encrypt stored files and does not replace operating system security, device encryption, or appropriate account protection.

Users should ensure that their computers and local storage environments are adequately protected.

The Developer does not routinely access locally stored Journal content.

7. Local WiFi Data Transfer

ZtickyWorkz allows compatible devices connected through a local WiFi network to exchange supported application data.

Transfers require an intentional action by the sender and explicit acceptance by the receiving user.

Users are responsible for verifying recipient identity and reviewing the information they choose to transmit.

The receiving user assumes responsibility for managing, protecting, and using information after accepting a transfer.

ZtickyWorkz does not guarantee that all local networks are secure or protected against interception.

Users should avoid sharing confidential information through untrusted networks.

The Developer is not responsible for unauthorized redistribution or misuse of information voluntarily transferred to another user, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Google Drive Synchronization

ZtickyWorkz provides optional integration with personal Google Drive accounts.

The integration uses Google’s drive.file OAuth permission scope and is limited to the access authorized through that scope.

Synchronized application files are stored in the user’s own Google Drive account.

The Developer does not operate a central repository containing users’ synchronized productivity content.

Automatic synchronization operates according to the user’s enabled settings. Manual retrieval and restoration require user initiation.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their Google accounts and managing available storage capacity.

Synchronization may be affected by internet connectivity, account permissions, service availability, storage limitations, API restrictions, or file conflicts.

ZtickyWorkz does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or successful restoration in every circumstance.

Users may revoke Google Drive authorization through their Google Account settings.

Use of Google Drive remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

9. Account, Activation, and License Management

Premium activation may require a valid installation code, license file, or another officially supported activation method.

License registration records may include the purchaser’s name, email address, device identification information, and activation details.

These records are maintained for purchase verification, license administration, fraud prevention, and support when users replace or change computers.

Users must not knowingly provide false purchase information, forge activation credentials, distribute unauthorized licenses, or circumvent activation restrictions.

Requests to transfer or restore Premium activation following a device change may require verification of legitimate license ownership.

Device replacement does not automatically authorize simultaneous use beyond the applicable license entitlement.

The Developer may reject or restrict activation requests involving unlawfully copied, forged, manipulated, or otherwise unauthorized credentials.

A legitimate lifetime Premium license is not automatically terminated solely because the activation technology changes.

10. Responsible and Acceptable Use

Users agree to use ZtickyWorkz responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Users must not use the Application to:

• Conduct unlawful activities.

• Access another person’s information without authorization.

• Distribute malicious software or harmful files.

• Intentionally interfere with other devices, networks, or services.

• Circumvent legitimate licensing or activation mechanisms.

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Misrepresent ownership or authorization when transferring information.

The Developer reserves the right to restrict access to services under its control when necessary to address verified abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law and existing license rights.

11. Financial and Informational Features

ZtickyWorkz may provide tools for financial tracking, budgeting, calculations, and displaying information from external sources.

These tools are intended for personal organization and informational purposes.

ZtickyWorkz is not a licensed financial advisory, legal advisory, medical, or emergency response service.

Financial calculations, external reports, and other information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies.

Users should verify important information through appropriate authoritative sources before making significant decisions.

12. External Services and Third Party Content

Certain ZtickyWorkz features depend on independent third party services, websites, APIs, software components, or payment providers.

These services operate under their respective terms, privacy policies, and availability conditions.

ZtickyWorkz does not guarantee the continued availability, accuracy, performance, or security of independent external services.

External providers may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their services without notice from ZtickyWorkz.

The Developer is not responsible for independent third party conduct beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

13. Software Dependencies and Compatibility

Certain features may require additional operating system components, internet connectivity, or third party runtime software.

For example, web based functionality may depend on Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.

Compatibility may vary according to operating system versions, hardware configurations, installed dependencies, and security settings.

Users are responsible for maintaining supported and reasonably secure computing environments.

The Developer may modify technical requirements when necessary for compatibility, security, or continued development.

14. Application Updates and Changes

ZtickyWorkz may receive software updates, bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, and additional functionality.

Features may be modified, replaced, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued when reasonably necessary due to technical limitations, security requirements, legal obligations, or external service changes.

Updates do not alter the lifetime Premium application license described in the applicable License Agreement.

The Developer does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

15. Intellectual Property

ZtickyWorkz, including its original source code, application design, branding, interface elements, and proprietary components, remains the intellectual property of Dazhboard or its respective rights holders.

Users receive permission to use the Application according to the applicable License Agreement.

Users may not unlawfully reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell unauthorized copies, or circumvent proprietary licensing mechanisms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights granted under applicable third party open source licenses.

User generated content remains the property of its respective owner.

16. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

ZtickyWorkz is provided as a productivity and information management tool.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error free performance, compatibility with every device, successful recovery of all information, or uninterrupted availability of external services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

This may include lost productivity, business interruption, loss of locally stored information, or failures involving independent external services.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Users remain responsible for maintaining backups, protecting credentials, reviewing important information, and making independent decisions.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

The handling of personal information is governed by the ZtickyWorkz Privacy Policy.

ZtickyWorkz follows a local first approach and does not routinely collect the contents of users’ locally stored productivity records.

Certain license registration information is retained for activation management and related customer support.

ZtickyWorkz does not maintain user IP address records or connection activity logs within its own licensing records.

Independent infrastructure and service providers may process technical information according to their respective policies.

Users should review the Privacy Policy for further information about storage, synchronization, transfers, and personal data processing.

19. Suspension and Termination

Users may discontinue use of ZtickyWorkz at any time.

The Developer may restrict access to services or activation mechanisms under its control when necessary to address verified fraud, unauthorized licensing, unlawful conduct, or significant security threats.

Any restriction must be consistent with applicable law and the rights granted under a legitimate Premium license.

Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information previously synchronized to Google Drive or transferred to other devices.

20. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, security practices, or service operations.

Material changes may be communicated through the Application or official website.

Updated Terms will indicate their effective date.

Changes do not retroactively eliminate legally established lifetime Premium license rights.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in other jurisdictions.

Any dispute should initially be addressed through reasonable communication with the Developer.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent authority or court in accordance with applicable law.

Premium Lifetime License

ZtickyWorkz Premium is offered as a one time, lifetime application purchase.

A legitimate Premium license grants the purchaser permanent access to the Premium edition of ZtickyWorkz, including all future application updates and major version releases, without additional subscription or application upgrade fees.

ZtickyWorkz does not charge monthly or annual subscription fees for its Premium application license.

The lifetime license applies to the ZtickyWorkz application and does not automatically include independently charged third party services or products.

Single Device Activation and License Transfer

Each Premium license permits activation on one primary computer at a time, subject to the device replacement transition period described below.

License holders may transfer their Premium license to another computer without a limit on the number of transfers, provided that each transfer is successfully verified through the official ZtickyWorkz license verification process.

Following successful verification and activation on a replacement computer, the previous computer will receive a seven (7) calendar day transition period before its Premium activation is revoked.

During this transition period, the previous computer may continue using its existing Premium activation to allow users sufficient time to migrate their information and complete the device replacement process.

After the transition period expires, the previous computer’s Premium activation will be revoked, while the replacement computer retains its verified Premium activation.

A device transfer does not terminate the purchaser’s lifetime license or require an additional Premium license purchase.

Users may repeat the verified device transfer process whenever necessary.

The Developer reserves the right to verify license ownership and investigate suspected unauthorized activation or fraudulent transfer requests.

Payment and Refund Policy

ZtickyWorkz Premium is sold as a one time lifetime application license rather than a recurring subscription.

All completed Premium license purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws or other mandatory legal provisions.

By completing a Premium purchase, users acknowledge that they are purchasing a lifetime application license with access to future ZtickyWorkz application updates at no additional application upgrade cost.

The absence of recurring subscription fees does not exempt users from separately charged third party services that they independently choose to use.

The Developer remains responsible for honoring the lifetime application license rights granted under the applicable License Agreement.

Continuity of Lifetime License Rights

A legitimately purchased ZtickyWorkz Premium license remains valid for the lifetime of the ZtickyWorkz application product.

Future software updates, major version releases, changes to activation infrastructure, or verified device replacements do not automatically terminate the license or require another Premium application purchase.

Lifetime licensing does not guarantee that the Application, external services, or supporting infrastructure will remain available indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
